LOst & Found

During festival hours, Lost & Found services can be accessed inside each venue. Post-festival, all unclaimed items such as phones, wallets, IDs, passports, credit cards, prescription glasses, and technical gadgets will be held at a designated off-site location. Details for retrieval will be provided during the event and on our official website.

The festival is set to take place come rain or shine. We encourage all attendees to monitor weather forecasts and dress appropriately to ensure comfort and safety throughout the event.

Security & Entry Guidelines

Zero Tolerance

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding drug use and possession. All local and federal narcotics laws will be rigorously enforced within and around the event premises. Security personnel and police officers will be present to ensure compliance.

Every attendee will be subject to a comprehensive security screening similar to TSA standards, which includes:

- Emptying pockets and bags
- Full pat-downs
- Bag checks

- Shoe removal if required


We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with security procedures or poses a potential safety risk.

Age & ID Policy

Leimert Park Juneteenth is 0pen to all ages. You must be 18+ to purchase a GA or VIP ticket to Leimert Park Junetennth.  All attendees must present valid ID upon entry. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Acceptable Forms of Id

- Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth
- US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth
- Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valid for 21+ wristband. To purchase alcohol, a physical passport or US ID will be required.)
- Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license—ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

UNACCEPTABLE ID

- NO School ID
- NO Consular ID
- NO Birth certificate
- NO Expired ID of any kind
- NO Photocopy of any ID (except as noted)
- NO Temporary DMV license without passport or expired license

BAg Policy

NO backpacks, purses or bags are allowed to be brought into the venue, EXCEPT for the following:

APPROVED BAGS

- Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags not exceeding 12" x 6" x 12"
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (e.g., Ziploc bag)
- Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand (up to 4.5" x 6.5"), with or without a handle or strap
- Clear plastic hydration packs (empty upon entry)

Prohibited BAGS

Backpacks, large purses, and any non-transparent bags
Iridescent, color-tinted, or opalescent bags

- NO Refunds or exchanges
- NO Sitting on designated dancefloor areas
- NO Moshing, crowd-surfing or stage-diving
- NO Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors
- NO Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc.

** “Comfort,” “therapy” or “emotional support” animals do not meet the definition of a “Service Animal” and are not permitted entry to the Event; For the Avoidance of Doubt, NO other Animals are Permitted.

Permitted Items

- Personal-use items such as binoculars, non-professional cameras, sealed lip balm, one pack of cigarettes per guest, e-cigs, and vape pens.
- Sealed personal hygiene products, handheld umbrellas, ponchos, and empty, non-metal reusable water bottles up to 32 oz.
- Medications in original prescription bottles with ID matching the prescription label.

- Any form of aerosol cans, including aerosol sunscreen.
- Any audio recording devices, professional cameras with detachable lenses, selfie sticks, and tripods.
- Weapons of any kind, explosives, and fireworks.
- Outside food and beverages, drug paraphernalia, and pets (except ADA-defined service animals).

The Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any person or item the Event organizers and/or authorized security personnel deem(s) dangerous.
